For artists, creators, and families
Sometimes a program gives you the foundation, and what you need next is a real conversation.
These sessions are for the moments when you want to think out loud with someone who understands both the psychological and practical realities of building a creative life — someone who can meet you where you are, help you get clear on where you're going, and give you tools that are actually tailored to your unique mind, circumstances, and goals.
Whether you're just getting started, hitting a wall, navigating a transition, or supporting a young artist through this industry, this is a space to work through it directly.
Certified mental health practitioner. 25+ years in the entertainment industry. Real support, guaranteed.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and supporting your path.
1 session · 50 min adults / 30–40 min young artists
In our first session together, we'll take time for brief introductions, identify where you are right now and where you want to go, and begin curating a game plan so you can pursue your creative work sustainably and with clarity.
Come with your questions and an open mind. If you have the Artist Wellbeing Essentials program, preview the Welcome and Introduction lessons beforehand, skim the module topics, and note anything that feels particularly relevant or unresolved for you — it'll help us make the most of our time together.
Some things take more than one conversation to untangle.
3 sessions · 50 min adults / 30–40 min young artists
The three-session pack is designed for people who want to go beyond orientation and actually build something — whether that's a clearer sense of direction, a stronger set of tools for managing the harder moments, or a deeper understanding of a topic the AWE program introduced but you want to explore with more nuance and personalization.
Across three sessions we can practice specific skills and track your progress, troubleshoot real situations as they arise, or spend dedicated time on a theme that feels particularly alive for you right now. Each session builds on the last, so the work compounds rather than restarting.
This is for the person who's ready to do the deeper work.
5 sessions · 50 min adults / 30–40 min young artists
Five sessions create enough continuity to move through real transformation — not just identifying what needs to shift, but practicing it, hitting the inevitable friction points, recalibrating, and coming out the other side with tools that are actually yours rather than borrowed frameworks you haven't yet integrated.
Over five sessions we can build a comprehensive and personalized game plan, develop specific mental and emotional health tools tailored to your unique mind and life, navigate a significant career transition with ongoing support, and track meaningful progress across time.
This is the closest thing to having a guide in your corner for the long haul, without the long-term commitment.
"The tools I practiced with Alyson felt essential for cherishing my time in front of an audience. My time onstage now feels focused, open, and filled with gratitude."
— Peter, Broadway Performer · AWE Cohort ParticipantSessions are 50 minutes for adults and 30–40 minutes for young artists. If you're a parent or guardian booking on behalf of your young artist, we'll confirm the appropriate length when you schedule.
Yes. Sessions in a pack can be used by a parent or guardian, a young artist, or a combination of both — whatever configuration best supports your situation. Just let us know when you book.
After checkout you'll receive a link to access the scheduling system directly. From there you can choose a time that works for you and receive a confirmation with everything you need to prepare.
Come with a general sense of where you are and what feels most pressing — you don't need to have it figured out. If you have the AWE program, skim the module topics and note anything that feels particularly relevant or unresolved. Questions are welcome.
Sessions are flexible by design. We can practice specific mental and emotional health tools, troubleshoot a real situation you're navigating, build or review your creative game plan, or unpack a topic from the AWE program in more depth. If you're a parent, sessions can also focus on supporting your young artist without overstepping — or give you space to think out loud about what you're observing and how to respond.
Single sessions are available to use within 90 days of purchase. Three and five-pack sessions are valid for six months from the date of purchase, giving you flexibility to space them out in a way that makes sense for your life and creative schedule.
Life happens. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance and we'll find a new time that works. Details are included in your confirmation email.
A single session is a natural starting point if you want to get a feel for the work before committing further. The three and five-pack options are designed for people who want continuity — more time to build skills, track progress, and go deeper on what matters most. If you're genuinely unsure, start with one and you can always add more.
No long-term commitment required. Just a real conversation, when you need it.
